This is a good example of how a "parallax" style section can enhance a page. A fe sentences of content are perfect for a section like this. Not too much! All we are trying to do is to create a concept, a look, a feeling.

The text can be offset left or right or center. Also we can adjust trhe width of the column using basic BOOTSTRAP code.

Also the color of the text, the padding, the margin, etc - is all easily manipulated with the pre-fab utility styles we have made.
